Our design and build process comprises the following phases:

Site Structure & Content - wireframes, diagrams and content development.  Storyboarding is the process of developing and diagramming a site structure that best matches your users' needs. Wire frames allow you to test your site architecture, content, and navigation schemes before you invest time and resources into developing the site.   We will assist you with mapping out content requirements, organising the content that is relative to your audience's needs and creating a list of all the information sources, services, processes, and other content you offer (or plan to offer) that can be made available through the Web.

Design - visuals, drafts, refinement and selection.   We drive site traffic and sales by combining web strategy and design.  In today's world of information overload, designing an engaging website that appeals to your stakeholders and attracts attention is an important challenge that we will help you meet.

Site Development - technical build and design integration.  Our team of technicians will bring your design to life applying the agreed design templates to our content management system making it ready for inputting your website content.

Testing and Launch - refinement, modification and going "live".  All set and happy with what you see.  Now for testing, tweaks and modifications before launching your site to the world.

Support - ongoing, maintenance, management and promotion.  The work doesn't stop at launch.  A website will live or die by its content.  It needs constant attention and updating.  We can step in to help you with ongoing maintenance, management and optimisation of your content, leaving you to concentrate on developing your business.
